Add pinioning to your order using this listing for a discounted price of only 29.99 per bird. Regular pricing is $39.00 per bird.
In our experience if left full-winged on open water, most wild ducks will eventually fly away. If you choose to keep wild ducks on open water we recommend having those birds pinioned. Pinioned birds have been made permanently flightless by the surgical removal part of one wing.
This listing is for pinioning 1 bird only. You will need to purchase this listing once for every bird you would like pinioned. For example if you would like 2 pair of birds pinioned you will need to change the quanity of this item to 4.
If your order contains both pinioned and non pinioned birds, we will need to know which birds to pinion. Please enter this information in the note to seller section at checkout or email this to us @ mallardlanefarms@gmail.com please include your order # when emailing.
Pinion refund policy
If you ordered pinioned birds and think your birds are not pinioned to pursue any type of compensation you will need send us a photo of the bird/birds with its wings spread out. NO EXCEPTIONS We strongly recommend looking at your birds wings before releasing them.
Please keep in mind wild birds that can fly almost always will fly away and not return upon release. When the birds stick around for a while but then begin disappearing one by one over a period of time, this issue is almost certainly related to predators and not that the birds flew away.
